"Dr. Garcia herself is amazing. She is very thorough and really gets into her patients which I appreciate. The previous pediatrician I was taking my daughter to retired and our records were sent here! At the previous pediatrician, I loved all of the employees so much, the flexibility, the communication, and the hours offered! The only thing I despised was how run down and kind of dirty the office was!! I'm very OCD myself so I totally appreciate how clean and neat Dr. Garcia's office is! I've had a few instances where my calls weren't answered during working hours but because Dr. Garcia has taken on an entire practice of new patients, it seems the staff was overwhelmed with calls. Dr. Garcia personally reached out to apologize and said she added more phone lines and hired additional employees to improve communication so I have confidence that moving forward, that will be resolved.
